The ideal mix of lightness and resistance
The OLMO GEPIN UTL frame weighs only 730 grams (±5%), while the fork stands at 350 grams (±5%). These numbers demonstrate Olmo’s commitment to creating a bicycle that combines extraordinary lightness with unparalleled strength. Furthermore, the frame is approved by the UCI (International Cycling Union) and therefore suitable for participation in official competitions.
Excellent materials for high performance
For a top-level frame, the choice of quality materials is the starting point to ensure maximum performance. For 60% of the frame, we use T1100 unidirectional monocoque carbon fiber, with a resistance of 33 tons/cm 2, enriched with 20% of 46 tons/cm 2 fiber and 20% of 65 tons/cm 2 pre-impregnated with resin enriched with graphene nano fibers.
