The REVO frame is made of monocoque carbon, compatible with single chainring groupsets or with double crankset, both electronic and mechanical, and offers exceptional versatility and flexibility to cyclists who choose it for their off-road adventures.
TOTAL INTERNAL CABLE ROUTING
The difference can be felt from the very first moment. You only have to look at the front of the frame to appreciate the complete internal routing of the brake and gear cables, resulting in precise lines, pure surfaces and less aerodynamic resistance.
Furthermore the 11/2″ head tube ensures greater control and handling precision, especially on technical descents and fast corners. The shape is inspired by the TITICI F-RI02 model, the first aerodynamic frame in our range.
REDESIGNED FORK – SUPERIOR STRENGTH
The head tube with an enlarged 11/2-inch cross-section allows full integration of cables for a clean aesthetic, while at the same time providing superior riding stability, especially on technical downhill section. TITICI engineers redesigned the fork with an accentuated asymmetry on the left side to counteract the forces generated by the braking system.
EPS MONOCOQUE FRAME
The carbon monocoque REVO frame is made with the EPS system: the guarantee of the highest construction quality. During production, the carbon sheets are layered around a core of sintered expanded polystyrene (EPS) with a perfectly smooth surface. Unlike the traditional system with inflatable bladders, the EPS system avoids the emergence of air bubbles which cause imperfections and therefore structural weaknesses.
NEW PAT10 MONOCOQUE
In the REVO model, the shape of the PAT tube flattens out to a thickness of 10 millimeters, the thinnest in the world. The particular shape allows the TITICI frame to absorb up to 18% of vibrations more than a standard frame without compromising torsional rigidity.
The irregularities of the off-road paths are thus not transmitted to the arms and back of the cyclist, riding is more comfortable, precise, safe and stable. At the same time, the rigidity guarantees that the power expressed in pedaling is not dispersed, but transformed into outstanding responsiveness and performance.
REAR CARRIAGE
The rear triangle has also been designed to provide an outstanding riding experience on rough terrain. Rather than joining the seat tube, the seat stays continue to engage the top tube. In a strategic area of the frame where forces are concentrated, this design creates a more stable and strong node.
The short chainstays provide better handling, while the asymmetrical design offers more traction. The frame is designed to accommodate generously sized tires, up to 700c x 50 or 650b x 2.1, and tackle the most extreme trails with maximum fun.
TITICI INTEGRATED CLAMP
The seatpost clamps designed by TITICI designers to integrate perfectly into the design of the frame. A simple and safe locking system, with an attractive design, which makes the shape of the frame harmonious in combination with the attachment of the seat stays.
BIKEPACKING ARRANGEMENT
For long off-road adventures, the REVO model is optimized in every aspect, being bikepacking ready with numerous attachment points on the frame, including the water bottle holder under the down tube, near the bottom bracket of the frame.
NEW UDH STANDARD
The REVO frame is compatible with the new Sram Universal Derailleur Hanger (UDH), designed to optimize shift performance and created to offer a sensible solution for replacing damaged hangers.
